Modern day Christmas carol

In my opinion i think that if there was to be a new version of the legendary book a christmas carol it would still be set in london but in this day and age scrooge would be margret fatcher, i have chosen her because i think she suties the role because she is mean to others and only really cares for money we know she is mean because she even went to the limets to cut of the free supply of milk in schools to kids also she decided to lay of all the coal miners wich caused loads of protests. another thing that she done was caused the brixton riots which ended up in loads of people being hurt and even a police officer being stabbed and killed.

If Margert fatcher was scroog in the modern day version to the christmas carol i think that the 3 ghots would be gandhi so she can learn about peace and sharing and how to love people or even just get along , Martin Luther king so she can show her what she is causing and the effects it has on people and how they feel and last but not least Malcome X i say him because he would show her what the causes of her silly war with the miners and and how the riots are effecting people and how they will rebile on her.

in the end of all of this she would of creared a protonist structure to the book and she would of changed her ways, another to why i decided to choose her is because she was a bit part in to how britain changed and the way she effected it was dramtic as she left her mark on things but not in a positive way, thats why i chose her because she has a chace right now she is on the same path scrooge was but he changed and saw the light.
